Scheduled Maintenance for Computer Systems

Our computer systems will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, April 17 from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.  During this time, members will not be able to make a payment on their electric accounts.  This will affect payments over the phone, online through the member portal on the website and via the mobile app.  Members will also be unable to report power outages during this period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  All systems should return to normal by 2:00 pm.  Thank you for your patience as we work to provide you with the best service possible.
