Beware of Scams

Amicalola EMC conducts automated telephone calls to members whose electric bill is past due.  This is done as a courtesy reminder.  However, we do not routinely call to collect money during a phone call.  If you receive a phone call like this and suspect that the call may be fraudulent you are encouraged to immediately hang up and call us.  We can be reached at 706-235-5200, 706-276-2362 or 706-864-7979.  Please use caution any time you are giving confidential information to another individual.
