The Bright Ideas program supports teachers who go above and beyond to develop classroom projects that might not otherwise receive the funding needed to become reality.

Since the program began in 2010, Amicalola EMC has awarded a total of $771,395.33 to support innovative educational projects throughout its service area. The program is funded through unclaimed property in accordance with Georgia law.
