ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE FOR THE FIRST TIME:
In order to access your account
information
you will need to enter your account number minus the last 3 digits (001, 002,
etc.) If this is the
first time
you are accessing your account online your
default password is your
account number minus the last 3 digits. Once you log in you will be
prompted to change your password from your account number to a password of
your choice. If you have contacted member services to obtain a
password already then you will need to enter the password you obtained from
member services, otherwise use your account number minus the last 3 digits.
If you have trouble accessing your account you will need to contact our Member Service
Department by phone at 706-253-5200 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Trouble logging on?
When entering your account
number please be sure to leave off the last two numbers of your account
number. Passwords are case sensitive. The view bill
portion of this website requires Internet Explorer to be viewed.
Netscape among other browsers such as Safari
are not
compatible and you will not be able to view your bill properly.

will contact you.
If you need to pay your bill
and are having problems logging in, contact AEMC at 706-253-5200 and your credit
card, debit card or check can be processed over the telephone
to avoid late fees.

Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount
desired. The credit will be applied to the account you choose and we will send out a
card to the recipient or if you choose you can remain anonymous. Call us today for
more information. Policy on Meters Disconnected
for Non-Payment
In an effort to reduce expenses and to alleviate
safety concerns, effective April 1, 2005, Amicalola Electric Membership
Corporation will implement a new policy regarding the reconnection of
electric service to members who have been disconnected due to non payment.
If a member's meter has been disconnected for
non-payment and the member has made arrangements to pay their bill prior
to 5:00 p.m. AEMC will reconnect the member's meter the same day. If
payment arrangements are made after 5:00 p.m., reconnection
will be after 8:00 a.m. the following day.
