ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE FOR THE FIRST TIME: Trouble logging on? When entering your account number please be sure to leave off the last two numbers of your account number. Passwords are case sensitive. The view bill portion of this website requires Internet Explorer to be viewed. Netscape among other browsers such as Safari are not compatible and you will not be able to view your bill properly. Still having problems? Call 706-253-5200 during normal business hours or e-mail with your question, give account number, name your account is under and phone number you can be reached at and a Member Service Representative will contact you. If you need to pay your bill and are having problems logging in, contact AEMC at 706-253-5200 and your credit card, debit card or check can be processed over the telephone to avoid late fees.

for Non-Payment If a member's meter has been disconnected for non-payment and the member has made arrangements to pay their bill prior to 5:00 p.m. AEMC will reconnect the member's meter the same day. If payment arrangements are made after 5:00 p.m., reconnection will be after 8:00 a.m. the following day.
